We began working with Julio Cesar Raya in November 2025.
At the end of July 2026, Julio informed us that his mother-in-law had suffered a severe stroke and that he needed to step away from poker to focus on his family. We fully understood and gave him the necessary flexibility.
In August, we requested that he return the remaining funds, as he was unlikely to continue playing. He initially asked us not to pull the funds, saying he would continue playing at a reduced volume. However, after we insisted on returning the funds, he stopped responding on Discord and did not answer our follow-up emails.
We understand and sympathize with his personal situation, but failing to return the funds and becoming completely unresponsive is a serious breach of trust. Therefore, we cannot recommend him as a reliable backing partner/player.
