We started working with Nicolas Ramiro Alcorta Figueroa in February 2025.
A few days into the contract, we were notified about some issues he had had with a previous backer.
We asked him to return funds that he had in his accounts. He returned the funds from 2 of his accounts, but let us know that his Pokerstars account which had $2670 in it was frozen, preventing him from sending the remaining amount.
To date, we have not received the funds in the frozen account, and we cannot independently verify the claim regarding the account freeze (though based on the information that Nicolas sent us it does appear to be frozen).
Nicolas was demanding wages (even though he’s not an employee), as well as threatening us with legal action and “exposing” us on social media if we posted this negative feedback.
Once his pokerstars account is unlocked and he pays us back the frozen funds we’ll remove this post.
