We began working with Victor Hugo Moreira Ferreira in March 2026.
In July, after being asked to send in an audit, Victor Moreira informed us that he was traveling and had a family member in the hospital, but promised to take care of everything within a few days, once he reached his destination.
Despite our repeated requests, this audit was never completed. At one point, Victor even admitted to using a portion of the team’s funds that were held in his accounts. Saying:
“I took $400 from the PS account and $780 from the ES account because I needed the funds during that period, on top of burning through my entire savings. I know I’m in the wrong here and I apologize for it”
The audit has not been performed; while Victor does respond to our messages, he merely offers empty promises – claiming he will send in the requested audit and return any remaining funds. He has yet he to follows through.
We can only conclude that all the funds have been stolen.
