We will have an exclusive relationship with you for ALL of your poker playing.  This means that while you’re working with us you cannot play anything for anyone else (including yourself) without our explicit, prior permission.  If you do we can claim any and all winnings under this agreement.

We expect you to average a minimum of 300 online MTTs per month OR 600 online SNGs per month.  If you play any live MTTs we count each entry as 25 online MTTs or 50 online SNGs.

If you don’t meet the 300 online MTT average volume requirement over 3 months we will discontinue or reduce your 1 on 1 coaching or coaching access until you play at least 300 online MTTs in 2 consecutive months.

You can withdraw 5% of any large cashes if  you are still in makeup after the large cash (pending verification).  Any cash for 100+ Buyins at any buyin level qualifies.

We reward players for working hard, and continuing to work with us in the long term.

The bonus rates are:

1% of Gross Profit for the 1st year

3% of Gross Profit for the 2nd year

5% of Gross Profit for the 3rd year

This agreement would include live tournaments.  We do not cover travel, lodging or food expenses associated with live tournaments (except for the Travel Reimbursement Program).

If there is a live tournament that you want to go to you would need to inform us of it 7+ days in advance and we’d let you know if we’re interested in backing you into that live tournament.

We’ll email you at the beginning of each month with permission to withdraw 7.5% of the previous month profit, if you haven’t made a profit chop in the month!

5% of a players live MTT buyins, that are played on makeup, would be eligible for reimbursement. Subject to these terms:

• Only available for players we’ve worked with for at least 12 months

• 1x Makeup Addition: We’ll add the reimbursement amount to the players makeup

• After a series ends we’ll calculate how many buyins we bought on makeup. (portions of buyins under Propath or markup would not qualify). You can choose to take any portion of the reimbursement amount.

• Have no existing loans

As an example: If you play a $1k live MTT 100% on makeup, after the event you’d be eligible to receive $50 (5%) as a Travel reimbursement and $50 would get added to your makeup.

Profit chops occur whenever you’re $100+ in profit, and you should be requesting profit chops whenever you have $100+ in profit.  You could theoretically have a profit chop every day.

Satellites follow the same buy-in guidelines listed underneath “MTTs to Play”.  If you win a seat, you should unregister from the game.  If you will not be able to unregister from the seat (e.g. because the main tournament already started) you should NOT play the satellite.  Satellites that can be played even if they run into the tournament are listed under the “Tickets that can be played if won through these satellites” section (if listed).
