Henrique “Zanetti89” Zanetti
Henrique Zanetti is graduated in computer engineering and after 4 years working in the IT area and he decided to leave the profession. He was introduced to poker during college and used to play SNGs. He began his professional career in 2015 with a focus on MTTs and has great results playing Mid Stakes. He is always studying and seeking to develop the game chasing higher limits.
He is fluent in Portuguese 🇧🇷, English 🇬🇧 and speaks intermediate Spanish 🇪🇸
I’ve been playing for Standard for about 6 months, and before I had been through 3 more Brazilian stables and a few Coaches. I really liked Zanetti’s coach, analyzing the hands we got into debates where programs are used, or concepts grounded to find a consensus. It is very important the opinion of a good player like Zanetti, and through individual classes we can have a good exchange of knowledge. I’ve always been a SNG turbo player, and I still have Deep Stack difficulties, but I can say that I improved considerably my game skills after classes with Zanetti. We are working to evolve!
Zanetti is a guy who lives what he does, literally and that’s the point that differs him from a middle-sized professional to someone who will reach the top. When I started playing for Standard Backing they told me that he was going to be my coach, and soon I realized that he was from the same city as me, coincidence or not, really my evolution with his teachings had a very great rise. He really helps his students, he’s always there to answer questions, it does not take 1 or 2 days like many out there, when we have a doubt we know he’ll be there to help. I feel that after 3 months of working with him my game went from a low level to something that I consider a very high level, today I have several lines of thought applied in my game taught by him, and I really learned to use PokerTracker and all his capacity. For sure it was the best coaching I’ve had until today, I thank hum very much for helping and being part of my journey start.
Zanetti’s Coach is very detailed for those who like to understand well the reason for all the lines he indicates to take, always using tools like Icmizer and Flopzilla. He helped me discover my leaks with the use of PokerTracker filters and hand analysis. I really learned a lot from his classes.
Zanetti has a well organized and interesting methodology because it goes straight into the leaks of each player. So, in a quicker and more effective way, he was able to help me fix several points that I did not even realize. Besides the good didactics, it’s nice guy. I highly recommend him, especially for intermediate players who want to know the mathematical concepts of poker.
After making the decision to join the Standard Backing I was introduced to the coach Henrique Zanetti. Kept that thought: will classes be as good as his graph and will my game evolve? It surprised me how he explains the lessons, the patience and the person that he is. Today I have no doubt that I am evolving and learning a lot. Thank you Zanetti and SB.
